Abstract EN

This research represents a new study about Al-Hejaz's geography and economical situations especially trade, and also texts include some of the local people's social life aspects, and also the architectural landmarks.

The importance of this research is that it's based on published Russian resources, that were written by Russian merchants, travelers and others that came to the region for different reasons, and most of them visited Al-Hejaz cities and dealt with the local people, and what they wrote was rich in so much details that describes the region's nature, and the social life's appearances in that era in the history of Arabian peninsula.
