يتناول هذا المقال تطور العلاقات خلال العشرينات و الثلاثينات ما بين الوطنيين الجزائريين و الأمير شكيب أرسلان، أحد أقطاب القومية العربية خلال هذا القرن.
و قد توطدت هذه العلاقات أكثر بعد استقراره بمدينة جنيف السويسرية و إصداره لمجلة الأمة العربية.
و قد تساءلنا أثناء تناولنا لهذا الموضوع عن مدى تأثير شكيب أرسلان على زعماء الحركة الوطنية و عن مدى توجيههم عقائديا و سياسيا.
Abstract EN
This article is dealing with the relations that have been taken place with Algerian patriots and Amir Chekib Arslan during the period of 1920’s and 1930’s.
These relations have been strengthened more when Ch.
Arslan stayed in Geneva and published the journal of “ El-Ouma El-Arabia”.
In this essay, I have questioned the extend to which this personality has influenced the Algerian patriots.
