In this research was choice a number of methods of land use classification and applying it for the study area which lies south east Erbil governorate among it Land classification by DEM digital elevation model, Land evaluation as the British method, Land evaluation as The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Land classification by unsupervised classification for space images.
