Abstract EN

Through this article, we try to review the contents of a field study of the environmental education in the Algerian family surround, and we present the most important results obtained.

This study came to reveal the social factors that influence the direction of environmental education for children.It’s based on the method of social survey and it uses a stratified sample of 110 child, also 110 of their parents (mother, father) .Two other techniques are adopted in the questionnary and content analysis of children ‘s drawings about the environment.
