تعد البيئة و مشكلاتها اليوم من أبرز المواضيع التي نالت اهتمام مختلف المؤسسات و الهيئات الرسمية و الدولية، و العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية، لما لها من أثر واضح و مباشر على حياة الإنسان، إذ فرض هذا الأثر نفسه فرضا بعدما أصبح الإنسان يعاني جراء المشكلات البيئية الناجمة عن الاختلال في توازن النظم البيئية، مما استدعى تجنيد كافة الجهود الدولية و المحلية على مختلف المستويات من أجل البحث في أسباب المشكلات البيئية و الحد منها و تفاديها، و هو ما يستلزم بالضرورة الوقوف أولا على مفهوم البيئة و مكوناتها، و معرفة النظام البيئي و كيفية حدوث الاختلال في توازنه.

The environment and its problems today are one of the leading topics that gained the attention of various public institutions and international bodies, the humanities and social sciences, as they have a clear and direct impact on human life, since the imposition of this same effect presumably after the man became suffers due to environmental problems caused by the imbalance in the balance of ecosystems, prompting all international and local efforts at various levels of recruitment for research into the causes of environmental problems, reduce and avoid them, which necessarily requires the stand first on the concept of the environment and its components, and knowledge of the ecosystem and how this imbalance in the balance.

L'environnement et ses problèmes aujourd'hui sont des sujets de premier plan qui a attire l'attention de diverses institutions publiques et les organismes internationaux, les sciences humaines et sociales, car ils ont un impact clair et direct sur la vie humaine, depuis l'imposition de ce même effet sans doute après que l'homme est devenu souffre à cause de problèmes environnementaux causés par le déséquilibre dans l'équilibre des écosystèmes, ce qui incite tous les efforts internationaux et locaux à différents niveaux de recrutement pour la recherche sur les causes des problèmes environnementaux, réduire et éviter, danc il faut d'abord connaître le concept de l'environnement et de ses composants, et la connaissance de l'écosystème et comment ce déséquilibre dans la balance.
