يتناول هذا البحث موضوع السياسة السكانية الجزائرية، حيث نعالج في المرحلة الأولى منه تطور السياسة السكانية الجزائرية منذ الستينات القرن الماضي حتى عام 1983، و هو العام الذي تبنت فيه الحكومة الجزائرية سياسة رسمية بشأن هذه المسألة، و التي سميت بالبرنامج الوطني للسيطرة على النمو السكاني.
و في المرحلة الثانية، فإننا سوف نتطرق لمختلف الهيئات التي أشرفت على تنفيذ محاور هذه السياسة.
Abstract EN
This research addresses the issue of the Algerian population policy.
First we will examine the evolution of the Algerian population policy since the 1960s until 1983, the year when the Algerian government adopted an official policy on the matter, called the national control program population growth (PNMCD).
In the second phase, we will discuss the key stakeholders in this policy.

Cette recherche traite la question de la politique algérienne de population.
Dans un premier temps nous examinerons l’évolution de la politique algérienne en matière de population depuis les années 1960 jusqu'à 1983, l’année où les pouvoirs publics algérien adoptaient une politique officielle en la matière, appelée le programme national de maîtrise de la croissance démographique (PNMCD).
Dans un deuxième temps, nous aborderons les principaux intervenants dans cette politique.
