يتضمن البحث دراسة خواص البلى الانزلاقي الجاف لثلاث مجاميع من سبائك النحاس السبيكة الأولى البراص (70 / 30) و الثانية هي سبيكة البرنز و الثانية هي سبيكة البرنز-سيليكون (Cu-Si) و الثالثة براص السليكون (Cu-Zn-Si), و قد تم استخدام جهاز البلى الانزلاقي الجاف ذو الترتيب المسمار على القرص (Pin on disk) لدراسة السلوك الميكانيكي لسبائك النحاس تحت ظروف مختبرية و إيجاد تأثير الحمل و التركيب الكيمياوي للعينة على معدل البلى تحت ظروف تثبيت السرعة و زمن الانزلاق و صلادة القرص الفولاذي (35HRC) و قد أظهرت النتائج أن معدل البلى يزداد بزيادة الحمل المسلط عند ثبوت التركيب الكيمياوي للعينة.
كما تبين النتائج أن مقاومة البلى لسبيكة براص السيليكون أعلى من مقاومة البلى للبراص و سبيكة برونز السيليكون عند جميع الأحمال المسلط (25-10N).
Abstract EN
This research devoted to studying the properties of sliding wear of three groups of copper alloys chosen to this study.
They are Brass (70/30), Silicon bronze and Silicon-Brass.
These three groups have been examined by using (pin on Disc) apparatus under different wear conditions including applied loads and disc hardness is constant (35HRC).
This study was concluded that the wear rate was increased as the applied load and the wear behavior was changed from mild wear into transition wear as the applied load is increased.
This research concludes that the alloy of Silicon-brass was the best alloy due to high wear resistance in comparison with the other alloys.
