المعوقات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية بالمرحلة الثانوية و أثرها على العملية التربوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين : دراسة ميدانية بولاية النيل الأبيض-محلية ربك

Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the obstacles that face school management and limit its efficiency.

The population of this study is composed of (20) supervisors from both sexes within secondary school at Rabak Locality.

The sample of this study includes all educational supervisors within Rabak Locality and their numbers is estimated by (2) are divided into (18) male – supervisors and (2) female supervisors.

The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method and questionnaire as a tool as well as the researcher has used the statistical package SSPS in analyzing data as follows: frequencies, percentage, Alfa cronbach factor to identify the reliability, person related factor to analyze validity and the internal integrity for the questionnaire.

The researcher has come out with the following findings: 1- Ministry of pedagogy and education for school management not participated in educational planning and methods and setting the educational policies which lead to obstacles that lead to the absence in achieving professional, Academic and managing objectives for school management.

2- If the personality of the head master is democratic, this is considered to be an obstacle for school management.

3- If the teacher is not educational and professional qualified in teaching profession and his personality is not democratic, this is considered an obstacle.

4- The regulations and measurements that govern and organize educational process within Rabak Locality are not clear, and this is considered an obstacle for school management.

The researcher recommends the following: 1- The school administrations should participate in educational planning , curriculum development and formulation of educational polices by the ministry of Education , directors of Education in the localities each according to , its specialization.

2- Secondary schools’ headmasters should be properly selected and attention should be placed on their training.

3- Training workshops should be continuously organized so as to boost/promote the job’s ethics and to fight favoritism, political orientation, discrimination against subordinates based on their places of origins.

4- There is a need to train school headmasters and teachers on educational quality standards and to put into practice with, the help of the state.
