Abstract EN

The paper tries to give an idea about the reforming experience of Al-Haj Omer Bin Saeed Al-Fotti At Western Sudan (Bilad Assudan Al-Gharbi) , at the ١٩th.

Century and how he absorbed from the original Islamic education and he memorized by heart the Holy Quran at his country Fott ,then he migrated to the neighboring countries for the religious jurisprudence and entered in a spiritual program ,he migrated also to the east to the two holy mosques and Asham and Al-Magdis passing through Egypt and al-Azhar Ashareef ,that tour made the thought of Al-Khilafah and the social ,political reformation linked to his thoughts and his deeds ; from that time ,firstly, through education and immigration ,secondly , by his publications that enabled him in disseminating the Islam and the Tijaniaha “Tarigha” in wide areas of Western Sudan (Bilad Assudan Al-Gharbi) ; he gave his movement a successful regional dimension but it could not encircled all geographical , political and economical problems at the areas of Western Sudan (Bilad Assudan Al-Gharbi).
