Micro-finance was introduced as a solution to help the poor by filling in the void left by the conventional banks.

Morocco is among the pioneer countries that successfully passed laws and enacted them to pace the way to organizational bodies to do their task of bridging the gap between the poor and the rich.

However, because of lack of experience and also the immaturity in managing this field, we face so many problems and drawbacks, for instance: the level of internal management, information systems, internal control and unskillful personnel.
