Praise be to God that His grace is righteous and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and him, has shown in my research this legitimate defense of the private (paying off the attacker), its nature and legitimacy, and the statement of the provisions of self-defense, honor and property and harm to anything that the duty of prevention and response and to preserve these aspects is the necessity to maintain the five command of Allah Almighty saved which is not only an upright life, and that the defender himself or his property or his responsibility was not to be doing this, because the performance of the officer provided that it does not adhere to safety .
