Abstract EN

Having finished the present paper, the finding can be summarized : 1.Ibn al-Molaqin, commenting on narrations, never predominates some narrations or narrators randomly or on his own judgment.

Predomination is well-justified and supported with evidences.

2.Commenting on Al-Hakim, is characterized by a recurring comment: "this can be variable considered".

This comment refers to his disagreement or objection.

3.al-Molaqin has a clear approach.

He uses others views to predominates narrators.

4.al-Molaqin has two ways to disagree scholars.

Firstly: he comments and predominates views.

Secondly, he conveys the scholar's views without comments.

The second way is more feneral and utilized in his book Albader Al-Moneer.

5.Ibn al-Molaqin expresses his agreement with AlHakim by saying "as said by".

6.The views that Ibn al-Molaqin never discuss or comment on Alhakim are considered true by Ibn al-Molaqin.

Ibn al-Molaqin comments on Al-Hakim are forty eight.

Disagreements are thirty one in number and agreements are seventeen.
