درست التغيرات الفصلية للتركيب الكيميائي لنوعين من الروبيان التجاري و هما Metapenaeus affinis و Parapenaeopsis stylifera المصادة من شمال غرب الخليج العربي للفترة من ك2 / 2011 و لغاية ت2 / 2011 ، و قد بينت النتائج أن هناك اختلافات فصلية واضحة في التركيب الكيميائي لكلا النوعين، إذ بلغ أعلى معدل لنسبة البروتين 19.42 % في النوع M.
affinis في فصل الربيع، في حين بلغ أعلى معدل لنسبة الدهون للنوع نفسه 2.01 % في نمل الشتاء، بينما بلغ أعلى معدل لنسبة البروتين للنوع الثاني 21.52 P.
stylifera % في فصل الربيع، في حين بلغ أعلى معدل لنسبة الدهون لهذا النوع 2.00 % في صل الخريف، كما أظهرت نسب الرطوبة و الرماد للنوعين المذكورين اختلافات واضحة.
Abstract EN
The seasonal variation of chemical composition of shrimp Metapenaeus affinis and Parapenaeopsis stylifera were studied from January 2011 to November 2011,the samples were collected from the north west Arabian Gulf56+.
The maximum percentage of protein in the species M.
affinis is 19.42% in spring 2011, while the maximum percentage of lipids 2.01% in Winter 2011 for the same species .
The maximum percentage of protein of P.
stylifera is 21.52% in spring , while the maximum percentage of lipids of this species is 2.00 % in Autumn , the percentage of ash and moisture is also shows seasonal variations .
