Abstract EN

This paper is devoted to tackle a gap of research in the field of Fiqh of worshipping i.e.

the contemporary issues that are related to woman's prayer rooms and their congregation prayers.

It was taken into account to induct the new subjects in this regard about which questions are raised quite often.

An analytical study is conducted after that for these issues authentically, in order to reach to the religious ruling for them.

This is in the view of the fact that there are several contemporary subjects in this concern that need to be assessed such as the following.

Making private prayer rooms for women in the public places.

Separating their prayer rooms in the Masjids from the main hull in which the Imam and men pray.

Establishing private Masjids for them.

Leading prayers by woman for men and ladies with each other.

The case where connection is cut between them and the Imam in the group payer.

The paper consists of six sections, an introduction and a conclusion.
