The environmental crimes, is one of the most serious crimes, based on the wide spread and its negative effects on the environment and affecting human life.

following that, the Algerian legislator tried to adopt legal texts which aims to sign sanctions from the damaging environment, in line with the developments and foreign legislation which made the subject of the environment one of the most important topics, that should be shared by countries, including institutions and individuals…., in the hope of minimizing the environmental risks, that are harmful environmental regimes.
