Abstract EN

slam has cared for the child before conception, during conception and after birth i.e.

as a fetus, infant, adolescent and youth.

Before conception, the marriage partner should be carefully chosen.

During conception, its life is presewed whereby abortion is prohibited, ?renatal care for the pregnant women and postnatal care for the child including two full years of breastfeeding are a must.

The child should be raised in the Islamic way.

?arents should treat their children with love and mercy and no cruelty.

At the same and for the sake of the child, parents should avoid separation and discontinuity of family life.

Children should also be trained in carrying out their responsibilities but should not be overburdened with whatever they cannot bear.

Furthermore, training and upbringing by a model from parents is influential.

All in all Islam cares for the child as a fetus, as an infant, as an adolescent and as a young man.
