This research discusses blood stains in the discovery and proof of the crimes through Nanotechnology It is well-known that the scientific and technological development has no boundaries.

There are new discoveries every day in the techniques of discovering and proving criminal facts, especially in fighting the crimes of the age.

We believe that the efficiency of the Nanotechnology will be more dependable in the future, and its importance will increase given the constant scientific and technological development.

We have seen how important it is for investigation authorities to depend on this technology by rebuilding reconstructing the crime scene on basis of the hidden traces.

That is achieved by reconstructing the molecules and particles of the crime, and then restructuring the criminal evidence.

The technological and scientific development of the Nanotechnology makes it vital in determining and convicting the suspects.

We have decided to divide this research into three topics: the first will focus on the nature and significance of criminal blood stains.

It consists of two main sub- divisions: the first will discuss the nature of nanotechnology and its importance in the examination and analysis of blood stains; the second will be dedicated to discuss the significance of nanotechnology in the examination and analysis of blood stains.

It consists of three quests: the role of Nano technological stethoscopes in the examination of blood stains, how nanotechnology is used to determine the ages of the suspects, and Nanotechnology and re-construction of the crime scene.

The third and last topic discusses the microscopes of blood stains.

The recommendation is : conducting studies and research, supporting the institutions of scientific research, developing the laboratories of examination and analysis of physical traces by providing them with the latest scientific equipment as well as qualified manpower who regularly takes up-to-date specialized training courses.

We also recommend that one of the authorities’ strategies should be the establishment of criminal laboratories that are equipped with the latest technologies.
