Especially small business, which importance of providing capital and resources to get it to invest in the agricultural sertor, also discuss the credit institutions that provide capital to farmers in general, and its hases adopted by these institutions in lending to this process, as well as it discuss expensive process borrowing and economic effects of this process, for both, farmers or economic architecture.

The status and importance of agricultural financing shown through the goals it seeks to achieve, and of increasing the level of production and diversify sources of income and improve marketing services, and the provision of loans to the areas of different of agro-processing and reduce the problems of fragmentation possessory, and by encouraging increased agricultural units, through the provision of loans in addition to encouraging individual savings among the masses of small farmers, and increasing agricultural resources and higher rates of agricultural development, and operation of idle resources, including human resources, and the face of unfavorable economic conditions.
