Is refaintion of the original property it played Waqf,Avery important role in life of Muslem people relating to education through different ages , where the schools libraries and universities, were established on its revenue, and while in present times (modern times) the advanced states countries have been benefited from the waqf through its effective contribution in financing education Harvard university is a good sample for such contribution by waqf , mean while waqf has become less effective in Islamic world for different reasons.

Recently the Islamic nations have paid more attention the role importance and effectiveness of waqf , to there fore ,the officials set up many conferences , and consequently many waqfs have been established in many states like Saudi Arabia .In Jordan waqf are still need to become more effective and important.

Yarmouk and King Saudi university is a good sample for waqf , but it still needs more sufficient waqfs , in order to become more effective in supporting and financing education by more effective economical and modern financial ways, more over, to create permanent waqfs, and operates media in order to focus on the waqfs religious and material importance for the sake of society and education.
