The paper discussed the issue of crisis and disasters management according to the different concepts and definition.

However, the exalted Allah mentions them in the holy Quran.

Crises and disaster are overlapped each one can leads to the other .Also there are many types of crises and disasters.

, and they have different dimension.

The paper explained the crisis stages, such as birth, development, maturity decreasing and finally disappear stage.

Also the paper discussed the different reasons of crisis and disasters.

Also the paper explained the matrix system in disaster management and it’s objectives , and the successful administrative methods of the crisis treatment and the objectives of administrative decision.

Finally the paper included different recommendations which can help the decision makers in building plans and programs of crisis and disaster management.
