Abstract EN

Formal correspondence (Diwania Letters) during the Abbassid era was an important evidence on the Islamic society development.

Those prosaic writings were used in political and official correspondance, they occurred in two contexts (political and phonetic) which have both layed an important role in clarifying the meaning.

The sender of such letter is generally a ruler, this explains the frequency of orders; letters that are studied in this context constitute an important cultural heritage that deserves a pragmatic and linguistic analysis.

La correspondance officielle durant l'époque Abbasside (les lettres de Diwania) était la preuve du développement de la société islamique et de l'évolution de la rédaction en prose.

Ce style a été utilisé à des fins officielles et politiques.

En outre, les deux types de contextes (linguistique et phonétique) jouent un rôle dans la clarification du sens.

Habituellement, l'expéditeur de ces lettres était un homme du pouvoir, ce qui explique le recours aux formes impératives.

Les lettres, objet de notre étude, constituent un riche patrimoine culturel qui méritent une étude à la fois pragmatique et linguistique.
