AIIama (Muhammad bin Haji Hassan) known as ‟Ibn Haj″ (1111-119ٙ AH) Kurdish personality, an extraordinary scientific , had a deep impact in dissemination of science and culture in his era , and was the leader of scientists in the field of authoring and writing by Kurdish , this great scientist is still mystery surrounds important aspects of the stages of his life.

This research is an attempt to identify him and his jurisprudential implications.
