بالاعتماد على العلاقة المباشرة بين القطاع الصحي و حياة الإنسان و على اعتبار الصحة احدى اهم المواضيع الحضارية تم مؤخرا تسليط الضوء عليه و إجراء العديد من البحوث بشأنه، حيث أن الكثير من الدراسات الخاصة بالتنمية الاقتصادية في العصر الحديث أكدت على دراسة الجوانب السلبية و الإيجابية للخدمات الصحية و كيفية التأثير في التنمية البشرية من خلال تقييم الخدمات الصحية لذلك اصبح تحليل العلاقة بين الخدمات الصحية و التنمية البشرية هدفا لهذا البحث.
و لأجل التمعن في الموضوع تم تقسيمه إلى ثلاثة مباحث، فبداية تم الإشارة إلى مفهوم الخدمات الصحية ثم التطرق إلى ماهية التنمية البشرية و اهم المؤشرات المستخدمة في تقييمها ليتم بعدها تقييم هذه الخدمات في محافظة أربيل و تحليل مؤشرات التنمية البشرية بغية الوصول إلى الاستنتاجات الرئيسة و بالأخص ما يوضح أثر الصحة على رأس المال البشري و التي تم الاعتماد طيها في الوصول إلى المقترحات اللازمة لتحسين الوضع الصحي في الإقليم و محافظة ربيل.
Abstract EN
Since health sector has a direct relation with the life of people it has been the most significant and modern matters recently in twentieth century in which researches on health sector have been accomplished.
In twentieth century most of the economical developments were affected advantages and disadvantages of health services.
By evaluating these services and for this, the analysis of the nature of the relationship between human development and health services become the main objective of the search.
And in order to reach the goals of research has been divided into three sections were addressed in the First research into the concept of health services and human capital and its indicators and evaluation health services, concluding the study a set of conclusions and especially what the impact of development on the health of human beings.
