لقد تطرقت إشكالية هذه الورقة البحثية إلى العلاقة بين سعر صرف الدينار و معدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (20141970)، و هذا بناء على الأساليب القياسية الحديثة المستخدمة في القياس الاقتصادي، و المتمثلة أساسا في اختبارات الاستقرار ية و نظرية التكامل المشترك و اختبار سببية جرانجر.
و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى الكشف عن عدم وجود دلائل لعلاقة توازنية في المدى الطويل بين سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري و معدلات التضخم، و فضلا عن ذلك، فإنها تكشف عن عدم وجود أي أثر للسببية في كلا الاتجاهين، بمعنى أن نظرية تعادل القوى الشرائية نظرية لا تنطبق على الواقع الجزائري.
و بالتالي لا يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تحديد و تفسير سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري في الواقع الحالي و بالبيانات الحالية.
Abstract EN
This research explores the relationship between exchange rate and inflation rate in the Algerian economy during the period (1970-2014).
The results reveal a lack of evidence of the relationship of equilibrium in the long run between the Algerian dinar exchange rate and inflation rate.
Moreover, the analysis reveals that there is no trace of causality in both directions, in the sense that the theory of purchasing power parity is incorrect on the Algerian reality.
Thus, we cannot rely on this theory in the identification and interpretation of the Algerian dinar exchange rate in the current reality and using current data.
