أجریت الدراسة على (٣٠٠) طیرٍ من إحدى الهجن التجاریة لدجاج اللحم بغیة مقارنة تأثیر المحسنین المناعیین و ھما النیكلوتیدات النوویة و خمیرة الخبز على المناعة النوعیة لمرض التهاب الجراب المعدي (الجمبورو) أثبتت الدراسة وجود فروق معنویة واضحة بین مجموعة الشاهد و مجاميع الدراسة بالنسبة لمعاییر الأضداد لمرض التهاب الجراب المعدي حیث كانت قیمة (0.0001) = p.
كما أنه تبیین وجود فروق معنویة واضحة بین مجموعتي الطیور الثانیة التي أضیف لعلفھا النیوكلوتیدات النوویة و الثالثة التي أضیف لعلفھا خمیرة الخبز حیث كانت قیمة (0.001) = P كان ذلك خلال مراحل التجربة كاملة، و ذلك بالمقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة للتجربة.
Abstract EN
The study was conducted on (300) commercial broiler chickens, for Comparison of the effect of Nucleotides and Brewer`s Yeast on specific immunity of infectious bursal disease (IBD) after vaccination.
The study has confirmed that there were clear significant variations between control and study groups which added to its feed Nucleotides and Brewer`s yeast during all stages of breeding for titers antibodies for IBD (P value = 0.0001).
The study has confirmed that there were clear significant variations between the study groups (group1, group2) which added to its feed Nucleotides and yeast beer during all stages of breeding for titers antibodies for IBD (P value = 0.001).
in comparison with the control group.
