The Public services to the caliphs of the Almohad state in Morocco and Andalusia This study deals with the public services provided by the caliphs of the Almohad State towards their subjects in Morocco and Andalusia in the different aspects of the life in order to achieve justice and equality on the one hand, concentrated on the scientific, health, constructional fields, and fighting against the social phenomena anomalies on the other hand.

our aim of the study is to detect the extent of the performance of the Islamic political power in implementing its duties towards its subjects, in addition to this, showing the aspects of the civilization found by the Almohad State in Morocco and Andalusia.

Thus, the article has concluded to the several results, one the most important results is the religious call which is based on the activity of the State in presenting the services to its subjects as long as the State had seen that works would be like the bridge which would link between it and its subjects and one of the ways that would give the strength and continuity for its power.
