هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق مبادئ الحاكمية المؤسسية في الشركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في السوق الأول في بورصة عمان, و لتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة قام الباحث بتوزيع استبيانات على شركات السوق الأول في بورصة عمان و عددها (55) شركة, و أن النتائج بينت أن هناك تطبيق قوي لمبادئ الحاكمية المؤسسية في شركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في السوق الأول في بورصة عمان, و وجود انخفاض في توعية موظفي الشركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في السوق الأول في بورصة عمان, بأهمية الحاكمية المؤسسية و مبادئها, و وجود انخفاض فيما يتعلق بإخفاء بعض المعلومات عن المساهمين, سواء كانت مالية أو غير مالية, و وجود انخفاض في الإفصاح عن نقاط القوة و الضعف, سواء في النظام المالي للشركة أو إدارتها في الإفصاحات بالتقارير السنوية, و وجود انخفاض فيما يتعلق بعدم إشغال عضو مجلس الإدارة أية وظيفة تنفيذية, سواء كانت براتب أو مجانية.
Abstract EN
This study aims to determine the extent of the application of the principles of corporate governance in corporations listed on the First Market in the Amman Stock Exchange, to fulfill the objectives of the study questioners were distributed to the 55 first market corporations in the ASE, the results showed that there is a strong application of corporate governance incorporations listed on the First Market in the Amman Stock Exchange, a lack in awareness of corporate officers in these corporations about the importance of corporate governance principles, in addition to lack of confidentiality when it comes to sharing information with external users of the financial systems, and an increase in non-occupancy of executive tasks by Board members.
