عرف مفيوم الدولة- الأمة ابتداء من النصف الثاني للقرن العشرين تحولات عميقة على جميع المستويات السيما المستوى القانوني، و يتضح جليا دور العولمة في إحداث هذه التغيرات و تسريعها بهدف إسقاط الدولة- الأمة لتحل محملها "الدولة العالمية".
و قد شاركت الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات بقوة في هذا المسعى.
غير أن األزمة العالمية المالية لسنة 2002 التي مازالت أثارها مستمرة لغاية اليوم، و كان للعولمة دور بارز في حدوثها و انتشارها.
ذلك ما أدى إلى إعادة بعث الدولة الأمة من جديد.
Abstract EN
The concept of the nation-state has experienced since the second half of the twentieth century, major changes in different levels, including legal level.
The role of globalization in creating and accelerating these changes is paramount.
Also, multinational companies have contributed strongly in this change, so that they can become binding partners of the nationstate.
However, the recent financial crisis of 2008, that globalization has spread around the world, has raised again the important role of the nation-state, particularly in economy

La notion de l'Etat-nation a connu, à partir de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle, des changements majeurs sur différents niveaux, l’aspect juridique, notamment.
Le rôle de la mondialisation dans la création et l'accélération de ces changements est primordial.
Les multinationales ont également contribué à ce changement, dans le but de devenir des partenaires obligatoires de l’État-nation.
Cependant, la récente crise financière de 2008, propagée par la mondialisation dans le monde entier, a relancé de nouveau le rôle important de l'État-nation, notamment dans la sphère économique
