In view of this dynamic, Algeria seeks to improve the competitiveness of its economy through the application of a series of reforms affecting, nearly all areas.

In addition, these reforms have had several effects, particularly on the labor market which has undergone drastic structural changes, especially in terms of evolution of the concept of flexibility which aims at achieving efficiency of this market which is, in the first instance, in great need of a skilled workforce
