The research problem lies in knowing how effective intellectual capital in Alasttrutejiat making clear its programs and objectives in order to employ their knowledge and capabilities to influence investment decisions and exploit opportunities and solving administrative and organizational problems.

The study aims to statement following dimensions of intellectual capital (human, structural, Zubaúna) within the investment bodies to assist in attracting investments quantity and type and to serve the community.
