تناول البحث دراسة التأثيرات السمية و المثبطة للمستخلصات المائية لعشرة أنواع من النباتات الطبية المنتشرة في البيئة العراقية على نمو ستة من الفطريات المرضية في المختبر و هي Aspergillus, Curvularia, F.
solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizopus stolonifer, Alteranaria alternate flavus, Xiunata, أظهرت النتائج إن مستخلصات الحلبة Trigonella foenum graceum و الثوم Allium sativum و النعناع Menths longifolia هي الأكثر فاعلية في تثبيط الفطريات المدروسة، و كانت درجة تثبيط نمو الفطريات و سمية المستخلصات تعتمد على تركيز المستخلص النباتي المضاف إلى بيئة الفطريات.
بينت النتائج بأن الفطرين A.
flavus و A.
alternate كانا أكثر حساسية لهذه المواد من الفطريات الأخرى، كما أدت المستخلصات النباتية إلى خفض النمو الشعاعي للفطريات في البيئة الغذائية الصلبة، بطاطا دكستروز اكار، (PDA) و خفض معدل الوزن الجاف للفطريات في البيئة الغذائية السائلة، بطاطا دكستروز (PDB)، المضاف إليها المستخلصات النباتية و عند دراسة تأثير المستخلصات النباتية على تكوين و إنبات أبواغ الفطريات وجد بأنها كانت فعالة في تثبيط إنتاج الأبواغ و إنباتها و في معدلات أطوال أنابيب الإنبات.
Abstract EN
This research was aimed to study the inhibitory effects of the aqueous extracts of ten medicinal plants against the growth of six plant pathogenic fungi in the laboratory: Aspergillus Jlavusm Alternaria alternata, Curvlario lunata.
Fusarium oxysporum, F.solani, and Rhizopus stolonifer.
Results showed that extract of Trigonella foenum graceum, Allium sativum and Mentha longifolia exhibted strong mycotoxic action against all fungi.and the toxicity decreased with the increased concentration ofthe plant extraA.flavus and A.
alternata were more sensitive to the extracts.
?Iants extracts reduced the radial growth ofthe fungi on ?otato \dextrose Agar (PDA) medium.
And reduced the dry weight ofthe fungal mycelium grown on liquid medium.
Potato Dextrose Broth (PDB) mixed with plant extracts.
The toxicity effect of the plant extracts on the spore formation and spore germination was also studied.
It was found that plant extracts reduced the spore formation, its germination and the length of germ tubes.
