Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the nature of the health service and the dimensions of evaluation, and addressed to the model (Servqual), and highlight the reality of assessing the level of health services using the model (Servqual) in private hospitals batna institutions.

The results of the study showed that the model (Servqual) contributes to assess the level of health services through the dimensions that customers used to assess the quality of health services that reflect their level of satisfaction, where they were drawn in the form of the strengths and weaknesses of the private hospitals batna institutions.

The study provided a set of proposals that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by private hospitals batna institutions and to improve the quality of health services provided to patients level
