As universities of the world began to compete for advanced orders on according to standards of the World Ranking, which has a negative impact on the Arab countries in general and Iraq in particular, since some of the universities late standing in this ranking systems, so came the need to create an improved global ranking of these universities accessories.

Identified scientific dilemma to search need educational organizations in Iraq for compatibility with the academic quality of the order of universities worldwide standards requirements, and ways to maintain or progress in the ranking within the classification (QS).

This came as a result of having too much belief that the low ranking indicates the low level of quality at the university.

It necessitated the study of the reality of quality in the university to settle System (THE-QS) and indicators permanently access to advanced stages in the standings and maintained through follow-up and continuous improvement in order to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses, to promote the first second and treatment, so as to achieve the University of progress in the world rankings.
