يعتبر ابن العميد من الوزراء الأكفاء الذين ساهموا في مساندة الدولة البويهية في النهوض حيث أن اللمحة الموجزة عن ابن العميد، و ما جاء في هذا البحث التاريخي، نكون قد تعرفنا على أهمية دور هذا الكاتب الوزير في حفظ الدولة البويهية و الدفاع عنها، و تيسير شؤونها، و تدبير اقتصادها و العناية بنشر الثقافة فيها، و لاسيما بالسهر على ترسيخ دعائمها الاديولوجية المتمثلة.
كان ابن العميد عجبا في الترسل و الإنشاء و البلاغة، يضرب به المثل، و يقال له : الجاحظ الثاني، و كان يقول، بغداد في البلاد ك (ابن العميد) في العباد.
هذا و برز فضله في بناء الدولة البويهية، و أسهم إلى حد بعيد في رفع راية العلم و الأدب و الشعر، و احتضن رجالات الفكر في كنفه، حتى ارتبط اسمه بأسماء كبار الشعراء و الأدباء و الفلاسفة و الكتاب الذين يعدون من الدعائم الأساسية في التراث العربي الإسلامي.
Abstract EN
Through this short study of Ibn Al-Ameed, we can see the importance of his big role in the perseverance and dependence of the Buaihian state.
His way in the expanding of education and economy.
Ibn Al-Ameed is one of the bases of the ideology of the state and he was one of the pioneers in composition, essay and literature.
He can be considered as the second "Jahidh".
One of his best sayings is "Baghdad in the country and Baghdad in the prayers".
Ibn Al-Amrrd took and life the state of science, literature, and specifically in poetry.
He help others in thinking and prosperity.
His name is linked with the names of the great literary men, poets, and philosophy.
He backed and helped writers who are the bases and have the key element in the Islamic Arabic Heritage.
