Second, the development of a standard to measure the levels of affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education.

The research sample included (624) Physical Education teacher in Basra province to build scale sample (360) and a sample application (240) teacher and exploratory experiment (24) Physical Education teacher in the province of Basra The researcher used the descriptive approach either the most important conclusions: - 1 - building scale behavior affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education.

2 - researcher concluded that part of the problems faced by the level of professional affiliation of Teachers of Physical Education, part of which represents the burdens and problems of the manager and the other problems and burdens of the teacher and other Department of Education.

The main recommendations are: 1 - the adoption of the measure in the current detection level of affiliation with professional teachers of Physical Education.
