Abstract EN

The study has aimed to know the effectiveness of multimedia computer program in developing logical thinking among pre-school child in the Capital City of Sana'a (AL-Amana.

The study sample consisted of 50 children from the kindergarten of Alriadh private schools in Sana'a.

The sample was divided into two groups, the experimental group with 25 children and the control group with 25 children.

And to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers have used logical thinking skills scale which has four skills that are: logical relations, categorizing, ordering and classifying and reasoning and result, to measure logical thinking of pre- school child between (4- 6) years.

The validity and reliability of the study tool has been confirmed to become appropriate to achieve the current study objectives.

As well as designing and producing multimedia computer program.

The study results have shown that there is a clear impact and good effectiveness of multimedia computer software in developing the four logical thinking skills (logical relations, categorizing, ordering and classifying, reasoning and result).

And in the overall degree of logical thinking skills for children in favor of experimental group compared to the other group who study the same concepts of the usual traditional way.
