Although a confession can be admissible as satisfactory, competent evidence of guilt, a great deal of consideration should be given to its conditions and circumstances so as to uncover truth, realize and maintain justice which are the main goals of the Criminal Justice System.

In Sharia Law and man- made Laws "confession "and its conditions carry an important place as well as the discretionary power that is granted to the judge to decide upon the reliability of a confession
