Abstract EN

Inimitabilty of rehotoric and legislation in the verses of zakat.

This research aimes at studying of the verses connect with zakat in perspective of the rehotoric and legislation, also it explores the secretes of metaphoric in the composition of these verses.

It also deals with the objectives of the quran in paying zakat and alms givings .

More over it exposed the social and economical fields in zakat.

The research explored in addition to the former mentioned fields the economical effects in zakat towards individual and community and among that the value of quranic legislation is appeared clearly and obviously.
