This paper highlights the importance of school library, and the basic requirements of its successful activities and services.

It clarifies the influence of library activities in building up good future readers who are capable of producing the developing knowledge and managing to achieve the desirable cultural development, in view of the fact that human resources are the main targets and means of development.
