Abstract EN

In This paper we would like to expose the problem of diglossia wich characterises the arab linguistic situation for arab learners .

This situation is represented in the interference between standard arabic and dialect , showing how the difference between the learning process and acquisition process.

So the arab child learn the standard arabic after the acquisition of his mother tongue.

We appeal in this paper to make arabic standard an acquired language in similar situations of mother language acquisition ,while emphasizing on conditiond of learning and provite written operative, and using a simple arabic language, and avoid teaching grammar, and linguistics bases.
