Abstract EN

The poets who use foot poetry made use of the (pure foot), whose formation depends on the unity of the foot and its repetition several times in the poem verses because these meters provide rhythmic richness.

These poets exploited all the metrical permission that provide the rhythmic diversity in the single meter, making the verse vulnerable to the feelings, emotions and ideas which diversify in accordance with the poet's experience.

Through the thorough induction of Mohammed Sabir Ubaid poems, it was clear that he used meters which include (the Ramal, Mutadarak, AlKhabab, AlKamil, AlWafir and ALHazaj meters) in eighty one of his poems with pure meters.

Those poems were distributed in two groups in his divan entitled: (This was I manipulate the sand of the speech, those are my poems) in the group entitled: (The anthems of the violet apple), (love anthems), (war anthems) and the group entitled: (wrong formulations of the dream); (The first formulation).
