في هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نتناول العلاقة بين نسبة الادخار المحلي إلى الناتج من جهة و نسبة احتياط الصرف الأجنبي إلى الناتج من جهة أخرى، بعد التطرق إلى بعض المفاهيم النظرية لكل مؤشر منهما و استقصاء مساره في الجزائر ثم نقوم باختيار العلاقة السببية لأحدهما على الآخر مستعملين في ذلك بعض الأدوات الإحصائية مثل التكامل المتزامن و السببية.
Abstract EN
In this paper we will address the relationship between the percentage of domestic savings to GDP on the one Hand and The proportion of foreign exchange reserves to GDP On The Other Hand, after addressing some of theoretical concepts for each indicator of them we follow its course in Algeria and then we choose causal relationship one of them to the other we use for that some statistical tools such as the simultaneous integration and the causality.
