The paper discusses the experience of Libyan Jamahiriya in the field of using data bank techniques and services, and its major ex-periences.

It concentrates on marketing of infor-mation services and cooperation among the vari-ous institutions it also emphasizes the importance of Cooperation among the Arab states in this vital field, and advocates the adop-tion of docuinent delivery centres on national and regional levels.
