Study aimed to indicate the role of the Democratic elections in devlopment and Political change , with formal highlights the role played by elections in the Arab world to legalize various existing in Political Systems , and this has become a Democracy in the region game in the hands of Political leaders used illegalle .

Therefore the Arab peoples ask for change and reform , and when Algeria was not immune to this changes has been to highlights more spiecisically of the presidential elections in Algeria 2014 ,whith is at the moment of the near future prospects , by that either keep the politcal an economic realties of the state unchanged or it may enter the imported changes fall into two possibilities only two either have a constitutional elections legal and political qulities that make them fair and democratic elections and ether the chos ( that is to say , lack proceeding of elections an the intervention of Algeria in boiling community is similar to or greater than the boiling popular in the rest of the Arab satates).
