Abstract EN

The research attempts to study the reaction of the Syrian State towards the phenomena of globalization .

To conclude this attempt the paper is divided into two main parts.

The first part titled "The official Syrian speech and its understanding of globalization" contains an analysis of the official Syrian speech towards economic, political, cultural and informative globalization.

"The policies adopted by the Syrian State towards globalization" is the title of the second part of the study under which the researcher presents the policies adopted by Syria concerning dealing with the phebomena of globalization on an internal, regional and interna-tional level.

The researcher concludes the paper with an effort of presenting a future vision for the Syrian State on how to deal with the phenomena of globalization
