This study deals with the role of the Prophet's guidance in justice and its impact on creativity.

It also reveals the concept of in justide language and terminology and reveals the importance of justice in the delivery of rights to their owners, advancement and prosperity of the nation and the promotion of the individual and society to a higher state.

It shows the prophetic guidance in justice with the self and its impact on the creativity of the individual and society and shows its role in Justice within the family and its various aspects and the positive effect on the family and society, and the effect of the prophet guidance in the the judiciary and its positive effect on the individuals and communities.

finally the study has a conclusion of the most important findings and recommendations.
