Abstract EN

The research aims to introduce the water resources in Arabic region and show the water deficit and to shed-lights on foreign greed of Arab water and highlighting the impact of the political repercussions of the Arab Water Security where the study relied on the descriptive and historical approach through publications and studies and statistics about the research subject, the research reaches results that water crisis in the Arab world, will lead to a real war on the water, the seriousness of the water issue is that most water sources come from Arabs neighboring, and the water crisis in the Middle East associated to mess distribution and breach of agreements and international norms , and the lack of unified Arab political decision, Turkey is trying to exploit its relationships with Israel and its economic and military power to control over the largest water share and thus follow the example of Israel, which is working on exploiting its military manufacturing and Western support in acquisition of the biggest bulk of water, in the absent of serious Arabic influence that limits those ambitions , which confirms the serious implications of politics and diplomatic to maintain the flow of water, In light of these findings , the researcher suggested recommendations that Arab joint is a must to solve the water problem in Arabic countries, through the integration of Arab forces in various fields, and by proving Arab rights in the waters that flow from the neighboring countries, and by developing water policy in the Arab region to determine the priorities and water resources distribution, and by continuing development of different water sources, and activating the water laws .
