Abstract EN

In the pre-Islamic era, the tribe represented the basic pillar in the political life especially when the tribe, at that time, was like a state in terms of its administrating all the social, economic and political activities.

Tribal racism represented one of the prominent signals of belonging to the tribe and that the tribe position transcends and grows according to the number of values and considerations (the number of people, the power and wisdom of the tribe's men and the economic and religious privileges) the tribe has.

The political effect of the tribe has not stopped in the Arabic societies in the Pre-Islamic era or post0Islamic era.

Frequently, that effect was the decisive factor in the military and political situations through the ability of the tribe, either alone or with its coalition with other tribes, to change the balance of the military and political powers where it masters the situation.

In this research, the researcher sheds light on the following: 1.

The tribe and its political position in the Pre-Islamic era.

The tribe and politics in the Prophesy era.

3.

The tribe and politics in the Caliphate (succession) era.

La tribu a été considérée et dès l'époque pré-islamique l'axe essentiel dans la vie politique, quand elle était à cette époque comme l'état en termes de gestion de tous les événements politiques, économiques, sociaux et autres, son rôle effectif notamment celui de la politique n'a pas arêté dans les sociétés arabes, également dans l'époque avant l'Islam ou après, cet impact qui était souvent le tranchant dans des positions politiques et militaires grâce à la capacité de cette tribu ou celle là, soit seule ou en ligue avec d'autres tribus en condition qu'elle joue le rôle du changement dans l'équilibre des forces politiques et militaires pour qu'elle ait sa derrnière décision, et il ya à ce propos beaucoup d'États ont commencé ou fini à cause des effets tribaux qui avaient une présence dans leur action politique .

Nous essayons et grâce à cette recherche de mettre en évidence la tribu et son impact sur la politique de l'Etat arabo-islamique, notamment à l'ère époque de l'Islam et nous avons décidé à le diviser en axes comme-ci : 1.

La tribu et son rôle politique significant à l'epoque préislamique.

La tribu et la politique à l'époque de la prophétie.

3.

La tribu et la politique dans le noble califat.
