Abstract EN

Public interest and the necessity to prefect it is represented in constraining all forms of different behavior and the misuse of this public money (endowment) which radiances the confidence or people in endowment as a financial source for Muslims and weaken their faith in it in the manner that we are witnessing in Sudan today.

This research will be limited to addressing the combating of corruption in endowment and to consider the efficiency and adequacy of laws and regulation, particularly those relating with the financial transaction, in order to achieve the public interest and to attain the required outcome from it.
