This article present an analyse with rey irdto the ques-tion ofguidance in Algeria.
The reflections ofthe authors were mainly about two points : -firstly; they emphasized the importance for a real practise ofguidance in the algerian society.
-Thereafter, they outlined the theoritical framework for developping a guidance approach that can best respond to the needs ofthe young.

Le présent article se propose d'apporter des éléments d'ana-lyse à la question de l’orientation en Algérie.
Aussi la réflexion des auteurs se situe à un double niveau il s'agit d'abordde mettre l'accent sur la nécessité d'unepratique réelle d'orien-tation dans la société algérienne, puis de préciser les aspects théori-ques qui permettent de développer une approche de l'orientation à même de répondre au mieux ٠«* besoins des jeunes.
